What does it mean to look at the Blue Sky Behind Bars? The prison that is Gaza is open-air. An inhabitant can look beyond, seeing the limitless confinement of their prison space. They say the sky should be comforting, but it stares back, telling how impossible it is to leave. There is no freedom of movement in any direction and the blue erases their identity all the same.
