Freedom of Movement, 2020

Palestinians living under the hegemony of Israeli occupation live with a lack of human rights. One such human right is the freedom of movement. To be able to travel any distance, even across the street, Palestinians endure violence from the IDF. One prime example exists in the occupied town of Hebron (Al-Khalil) where family members could no longer visit their relatives who lived one door down due to the blockading of public streets; many Palestinians living in Hebron had to start finding new ways to enter their own homes by jumping across rooftops and accessing backdoors.
